Our Workshops

We operate two workshops: one in the UK (Crawley, West Sussex) and another in Latvia (Riga). Due to Brexit, our UK workshop serves clients within the UK, while our Latvia workshop caters to clients from the EU and the US. We use trusted, insured shipping services like Royal Mail and DHL to ensure the safe return of your repaired bracelet, with optional insurance available for added peace of mind. Please note that only the bracelet is required for repair, not the entire watch.

Consultation:

During the consultation be ready to provide photos of the particular bracelet so that we can assess how worn out it is and are able to estimate the refurbishing costs more accurately.

Repair:

How long it takes depends on the particular Rolex bracelet. Depending on the condition of the bracelet, a full bracelet refurbishment typically takes between 2 and 5 days for Jubilee/Oyster steel, steel + gold, while president and all solid gold bracelets take up to 4 weeks because it is much more complicated work.

Delivery:

Each order is delivered by express courier. In UK we send parcels with special delivery by Royal mail, in EU we use (TNT, UPS, FedEX, DHL,Parcel Force). Each item is insured and delivered in a satin pouch and a bubble envelope.

Rolex Jubilee Bracelet

Just got my refurbed bracelet back, it looks great and all the wear it had is now gone. Great job and turned around in less than a week. As earlier reviewers said I too was a bit sceptical as I first saw Swiss Refurb on Facebook. Anyway I did some checks including Trustpilot and went ahead after getting in touch with Martins.
